Family business is tough. When possible, don't go it alone. Find a community of like-minded individuals who are aspiring founders, current founders or next generation family business owners. I decided to pursue certification as a strategy to visit other cities where I can speak on family business. You know the saying...a prophet is not welcomed in his own country...well...it's true lol!
