I'm playing with the model of having as many face to face meetings as possible on Wednesdays. The trick is to check-in between meeting with the kids, play...and oh...did I mention I homeschool? I do believe it's time to find a reliable part-time babysitter. I would love a personal assistant who could also assist with babysitting duty. How do you make it work in your family? Any tips for hiring
